We are frequently asked how we compare to other types of repair shops, here is a quick rundown:
Dealership Service Centers
Dealerships are great when you have a warranty or a service plan with them. They have the right parts and tools and many very experienced and qualified technicians, However, they become extremely expensive when you have to pay out of pocket and they don't provide the type of service that a local, small business can provide.

Level 30 can take care of any and all of the services that the dealership would provide for you. All of our repairs are completed by highly experienced technicians. Our repairs carry a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty.

You can expect to save 25% or more at Level 30 vs. the local SWFL dealerships for the same repair work. We will happily beat any dealership quoted job by at least 10%.
Independent Repair Shops
Independent shops like us can be a great alternative to the dealership, but their abilities vary widely from shop to shop, so you have to make sure that you pick a good one. Just because a shop says they work on BMWs does not make them experienced or qualified to provide quality service.

Very few independent shops in the SWFL area come close to the BMW repair experience that we have at Level 30. Not only have we been open since 2019, but our BMW Factory Trained Master Technicians have a combined 50+ years of BMW service experience and training. ​
Franchise Quick Service Shops
We have seen people start taking their BMW to quick service / franchise "oil change" shops when their warranty runs out on their BMW vehicles. While they do have the cheapest oil change deals around, they are not qualified in their training or equipped with the correct tools and parts to provide the level of service that your BMW requires.
Many of these shops use low quality Chinese oil filters, which can deteriorate and clog up oil passages in your engine, leading to premature and unnecessary engine failure. They also are actually very expensive when it comes to repair jobs, which most people don't realize. ​
